Objective
The project aims to put a clear legal framework that regulates the work of public institutions and companies of energy sector, which contributes to defining the responsibilities and rights of the various stakeholders.
Summary
The project stems from the importance of developing standards and methodologies for administrative, legal and technical work to build effective and rational governance of the energy sector through which it provides integrated performance structures and appropriate tools. He concluded by proposing an organizational structure commensurate with the form of local governance. He presented a draft law regulating the energy sector, which was developed with experts into the General Electricity Law, followed by a draft law on network infringement. In addition to consultations with international experts for energy sector development projects.
