The region and its communities affected by the previous Turkish attacks of 20 November, which resulted in significant losses in infrastructure and critical installations (educational, health, oil, electrical and agricultural) of $82 million, have yet to recover, rounding out the total general investment budget for self-administration of $89 million for 2023.
